Moka Events is an event management and experiential brand-activation company under
Xpresso Global, delivering premium event solutions including corporate events, showroom
launches, brand promotions, exhibitions, and social events.
Role Overview
The Marketing & Sales Executive will be responsible for bringing in new business
opportunities, building client relationships, promoting Moka Events' services, and ensuring
successful execution of event projects. This role requires creativity, strong communication
skills, and a passion for the events industry.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Identify and generate new business leads across sectors.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitors.
Approach potential clients via calls, emails, meetings, and networking.
Present event service offerings and prepare sales proposals.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable event solutions.
Act as a point of contact throughout the sales and event cycle.
Marketing Activities
Support marketing campaigns to promote Moka Events.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional content.
Manage social media activity related to events & campaigns.
Maintain client databases and reports.
Event Coordination
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met.
Assist in planning and executing events when required.
Support on-ground event activities such as coordination, setup & client handling.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing / Business Administration / Related field.
2. 1-3 years of experience in sales/marketing (event industry preferred).
3. Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
4. Strong customer-handling and presentation abilities.
5. Knowledge of digital marketing and social media is a plus.
6. Willingness to travel as per event requirements.
