Job Description

A Marketing Executive develops and implements marketing strategies, conducts market research, and manages campaigns across digital and traditional channels to promote a company's products or services. Key responsibilities include creating marketing materials, analyzing campaign performance, managing budgets, and collaborating with other teams like sales and design. They monitor market trends, manage social media, write content, and report on campaign results.

Key responsibilities

Strategy and planning: Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to align with company goals.

Market research: Analyze market trends, identify target audiences, and assess customer requirements and competition.

Campaign management: Coordinate and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital (social media, email, PPC) and traditional media.

Content creation: Write and proofread marketing copy for websites, social media, press releases, and other promotional materials.

Performance analysis: Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools, analyze data, and provide reports to management.

Collaboration: Work with other departments like sales, product management, and design, as well as external agencies and vendors.

Budget management: Assist in developing and monitoring marketing budgets and expenses.

Brand management: Ensure brand guidelines are followed and maintain a cohesive brand image across all platforms.

Required skills and qualifications

A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is often required.

Proven experience in a marketing role.

Strong understanding of market research, data analysis, and strategic planning principles.

Proficiency with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and marketing software (like CRMs).

Excellent communication, creativity, and project management skills.
