Key Responsibilities

- Execute marketing and promotional plans to increase hotel visibility and occupancy.

- Manage social media pages, online listings, and digital campaigns.

-Assist in creating marketing materials - brochures, posts, videos, and advertisements.

- Coordinate with sales and operations teams for offers, events, and partnerships.

- Support guest engagement activities and maintain brand presence across platforms.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing / Business / Hotel Management (or related field).

1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in hotels, travel, or service industry.

Strong knowledge of social media, digital tools, and basic design platforms (Canva, Photoshop, etc.).

Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.

Energetic, creative, and passionate about hospitality.
