Xpert Crew is a fast-growing on-demand home and commercial service platform based in Trivandrum. We connect customers with verified technicians for electrical, plumbing, AC repair, cleaning, carpentry, and other essential services -- all through a single mobile app.

We're looking for a

Marketing Executive

who can take charge of growing our presence both online and offline across Trivandrum.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Xpert Crew services. Conduct field visits and meet residential associations, apartments, malls, and institutions to build partnerships. Distribute brochures and coordinate local marketing campaigns. Plan and manage paid advertisements on social media (Meta, Instagram, Google, etc.). Collaborate with influencers, FM channels, and event organizers for brand promotions. Track and analyze marketing results, customer feedback, and leads. Assist in creating marketing content and working with the design team for visuals and videos.

Requirements

Qualification:

Any Degree/Diploma

Excellent communication & negotiation skills.

Should be

willing to travel

across Trivandrum. Must own a

two-wheeler with a valid license.

Passionate about marketing and connecting with people. 1+ year experience in marketing preferred;

freshers with enthusiasm may also apply.
