Key Responsibilities
Promote courses and programs through offline channels (field visits, flyers, banners, events, etc.).
Conduct seminars, workshops, and promotional activities in schools, colleges, and public spaces.
Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions and local partners.
Identify potential markets and generate leads through direct engagement.
Support admission teams in achieving enrollment targets.
Gather feedback from students/parents and share insights with management.
Monitor competitor activities and suggest innovative offline marketing strategies.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on marketing activities and lead generation.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any discipline.
0-2 years of experience in
field/offline marketing
(experience in education sector preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel locally for campaigns and tie-ups.
Target-driven with ability to work independently.
Good organizational and reporting skills.
