Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will support marketing initiatives and strengthen the company's brand presence across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. Manage and maintain CRM tools, including Salesforce, to track leads and campaign performance. Develop engaging content for social media, email, and other marketing platforms. Support market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities. Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with business goals. Monitor and report on marketing metrics and campaign effectiveness.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing or related roles. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Hands-on experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools. Knowledge of digital marketing channels and best practices.

Preferred Skills:

Social media marketing and content creation. Email marketing campaign management. Analytical skills with experience in marketing metrics and reporting. Creativity and the a Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment.
