Devise and implement marketing campaigns to increase product awareness, sales, and profitability.
Plan, organize, and execute marketing and sales programs.
Act as the point of contact for internal, external, and partner sales teams.
Track market trends and company sales performance.
Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute promotional programs.
Generate leads and achieve assigned sales targets (monthly/quarterly).
Gather and report customer insights to support the sales team.
Develop and execute marketing plans to build brand loyalty.
Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and events to promote products.
Communicate product/service value effectively to customers and identify opportunities for upselling.
Contribute to accurate sales forecasting by understanding market demand.
Conduct market research to support field marketing campaigns.
Maintain proper records of sales activities, client interactions, and daily reports.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
Requirements & Skills
Bachelor's degree/diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
0-3 years of experience (Freshers can also apply).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Customer-oriented with problem-solving ability.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Good presentation skills.
A two-wheeler with a valid driving license is mandatory.
Experience in FMCG, Consumer Durables, or Service Industry will be an added advantage.
