We are looking for a

creative and driven Marketing Executive

to join our growing team. As a digital marketing and design-focused company, we need someone who can

plan, execute, and manage marketing strategies

that build brand awareness, attract leads, and support business growth. The ideal candidate will be passionate about marketing, skilled in communication, and up to date with digital trends.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote

digital marketing & graphic design services

. Manage social media accounts (content creation, posting, engagement, and analytics). Generate leads through digital platforms and offline channels. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs. Create promotional materials, presentations, and marketing content with the design team. Assist the sales team with proposals, client pitches, and follow-ups. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing reports and recommendations. Organize and support marketing events, webinars, or client meetings.

Requirements

Proven experience as a

Marketing Executive / Digital Marketing Executive

or similar role. Knowledge of

social media management, SEO, and digital advertising

(Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Strong creativity and ability to collaborate with design and content teams. Good organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with tools like Canva, Google Analytics, or CRM software (preferred).

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in marketing (digital agency background preferred). Freshers with strong digital knowledge and communication skills may also apply.
