Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote hospital services, specialties, and health check-up packages.
Coordinate with doctors, departments, and management to design promotional strategies and outreach programs.
Organize health camps, CME programs, awareness drives, and community engagement activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, referral doctors, and insurance partners.
Monitor patient feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
Manage hospital's digital presence including social media platforms, website updates, and online campaigns.
Prepare reports on marketing activities, ROI, and competitor analysis.
Collaborate with design and content teams to create promotional materials such as brochures, posters, newsletters, and digital creatives.
Ensure compliance with ethical standards and hospital branding guidelines in all promotional activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business Administration/Healthcare Management (MBA preferred).
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in hospital or healthcare marketing.
Strong understanding of hospital services, patient relationship management, and healthcare market trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing, MS Office, and social media management.
Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
