We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Executive to lead and execute CanApprove's marketing initiatives across multiple channels. The role involves managing key functions including performance marketing, content marketing, partnerships, PR, email marketing, and social media campaigns. The Marketing Executive will also be responsible for brand management, campaign strategies, and ensuring alignment with business objectives across international and Indian markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage end-to-end marketing functions including digital campaigns, content strategy, and performance marketing. Collaborate with SEO Analysts and CRO specialists to improve web conversions. Plan and execute brand management and 360 marketing campaigns aligned with business goals. Develop and implement digital marketing strategies tailored for international and Indian markets. Research competitor campaigns and integrate insights into marketing plans. Define and monitor monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing plans and KPIs. Evaluate team performance, provide feedback, and conduct weekly review meetings. Coordinate with the product team for feature launches and related marketing activities. Share performance updates with senior management and HR in a timely manner.

Requirements:

MBA in Marketing or related specialization. Proven experience in SaaS or service-oriented industries, preferably in Study Abroad/Overseas Education. Strong expertise in inbound & outbound marketing, content marketing, and SEO. Hands-on experience in performance marketing and brand campaigns. Ability to design and execute multi-channel campaigns effectively. Experience in team leadership, performance evaluation, and mentoring. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
