Key Responsibilities:
Conduct field visits to residential complexes, builders, architects, and interior designers to promote modular kitchen solutions.
Identify potential customers through door-to-door visits, apartment society activations, exhibitions, and local events.
Represent the brand at local exhibitions, trade shows, real estate expos, and in-store marketing events.
Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, builders, and home decor influencers to generate consistent referrals.
Collect feedback from potential customers and competitors to help the marketing team refine campaigns and offers.
Work with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups and conversions from field-generated leads.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
1-3 years of experience in field marketing or direct sales, preferably in modular kitchens, interior design, or home improvement.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Knowledge of local geography and customer preferences is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with channel partners (interior designers, builders, architects).
Familiarity with modular kitchen products and design terminology.
Own two-wheeler or vehicle for field travel (if required).
