Key Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly sales and marketing targets as assigned by the management.
Identify and onboard new retail outlets and potential sales points through proactive field visits.
Conduct daily market visits as per the predefined monthly visit calendar.
Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from partner stores.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to maximize repeat business.
Support retail partners in increasing product visibility and in-store sales.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends; provide timely feedback to the management.
Participate in internal audits and actively contribute to team meetings and planning sessions.
Skills & Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good physical and mental health, with a proactive and positive approach.
Friendly personality with a customer-focused attitude.
Ability to present products effectively and negotiate deals confidently.
Willingness to travel for field visits regularly.
