We are looking for a driven and proactive

Marketing Executive

with at least

1 year of experience in B2B sales

to join our team in

Thiruvanthapuram

. This position involves

fieldwork

and requires frequent travel to meet potential business clients. The ideal candidate should be results-oriented and possess a valid

bike and driving license

. You will receive a

travel allowance

Key Responsibilities:



B2B Sales:

Develop new business opportunities by identifying and engaging potential business clients in the assigned regions (Alappuzha & Pathanamthitta).

Lead Generation:

Use multiple channels (cold calling, networking, referrals) to generate new leads and business opportunities.

Sales Presentations:

Conduct meetings and presentations to explain our product/service offerings and convert leads into clients.

Negotiation & Deal Closure:

Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to close deals with prospective clients.

Market Research:

Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and competitor strategies to effectively position the company's products/services.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and exceptional customer service.

Fieldwork:

Travel regularly to client locations for meetings, networking events, and other business-related activities.

Reporting:

Provide regular updates on sales progress, market feedback, and challenges to the management team.

Required Qualifications:



Experience:

Minimum of

1 year of experience in B2B sales

or business development.

Must Have:

A

valid bike and driving license

as local travel is a key part of this role.

Skills:

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Education:

A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Self-Motivation:

Ability to work independently and meet sales targets with minimal supervision.

Tech-Savvy:

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
