: Marketing Staff

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential leads and follow up with existing customers. Handle walk-in clients and educate them about the company's products and services. Work under pressure and in a target-driven environment. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales/marketing targets as assigned. Demonstrate the ability to close sales and convert leads into successful customers. Maintain high standards of customer service as per company protocols. Accurately document all customer interactions, forms, and records. Ensure quality service by adhering to organizational policies and procedures. Support promotional campaigns and actively participate in marketing activities. Maintain a basic understanding of computer operations and software tools.

Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle rejection and remain positive and professional. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry, etc.). Experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is a plus. Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment..
