Skills Required
Strong communication skills (oral and written)
Fluency in English and at least 2 South Indian languages
Good interpersonal and coordination skills
Ability to plan, execute, and track marketing activities
Basic analytical skills to review campaign performance
Good knowledge of computers and digital tools
Willingness to travel and work in field-based settings
Experience in
Social Media Marketing

Qualification
Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business Management, Social Work, or a related field
Minimum
2-4 years of relevant experience
in marketing, communications, or outreach
Experience in the development sector / healthcare / NGOs will be an advantage
Duties and Responsibilities
Marketing & Outreach
Support the planning and execution of marketing and outreach strategies for DIA programmes, events, and campaigns
Assist in promoting dementia awareness initiatives, training programs, conferences, and community activities
Effectively promote free and paid programs of Dementia India Alliance, demonstrating steady increase in footfalls through planned activities
Coordinate with internal teams to understand programme objectives and translate them into effective marketing communication
Digital & Social Media
Manage and support DIA's presence across social media platforms (content posting, basic engagement, campaign support)
Assist in creating content such as posts, captions, basic creatives, videos, and success stories
Track basic social media metrics and prepare simple performance summaries
Support email campaigns, newsletters, and website updates in coordination with the team
Field Marketing & Travel
Travel to project locations, events, training programs, and partner organisations for outreach and documentation
Support on-ground promotion activities, community engagement, and stakeholder interactions
Collect photographs, testimonials, and field stories for marketing and reporting purposes
Stakeholder Coordination
Liaise with partners, institutions, colleges, hospitals, and community groups for marketing and outreach activities
Coordinate with vendors (designers, printers, media partners) as required
Support media outreach and documentation of events
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain records of marketing activities, campaigns, and outreach efforts
Prepare simple weekly and monthly marketing reports
Assist in documentation required for internal reviews, donors, and governing body reports
Events & Campaigns
Support planning and execution of events, conferences, workshops, and awareness campaigns
Assist in branding, visibility materials, banners, brochures, and collaterals
Provide on-site marketing and coordination support during events
