The Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and support sales growth for Legit Farms' products and services. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in digital and offline marketing, content creation, lead generation, and campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote poultry products and farm-related services.
Plan and manage digital marketing activities including social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and paid ads.
Create engaging content for posts, brochures, banners, and promotional materials.
Coordinate with sales teams to generate qualified leads and track conversions.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor strategies, and market trends.
Build and maintain brand presence across digital platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
Monitor campaign performance and prepare monthly marketing reports, KPIs, and ROI analysis.
Manage vendor relationships for printing, events, and promotional campaigns.
Represent the company at exhibitions, events, and customer outreach programs.
Work closely with internal teams to align branding, packaging, and communication standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience
in marketing, preferably in FMCG, agriculture, food, or related industries.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Canva, CRM, Mailchimp, etc.).
Good understanding of marketing metrics and analytics.
Excellent communication, content writing, and presentation skills.
Creativity with a strong eye for visuals and branding.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
