Uplift Innovations is looking for an energetic and result-driven

Field Marketing Executive

to execute and manage

BTL (Below-The-Line) marketing activations

across Bangalore. The candidate will be responsible for on-ground campaign execution, brand promotions, and customer engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities

Execute BTL marketing activities such as RWA activations,roadshows, mall activations, kiosks, sampling, and events Coordinate with promoters, vendors, and activation teams on the ground Ensure timely setup, execution, and closure of marketing campaigns Interact with customers to explain products/services and generate leads Monitor and report daily activity performance and feedback Handle branding materials (standees, flyers, POSM, etc.) Maintain discipline, quality, and brand guidelines during activations Travel across Bangalore locations as per campaign requirements
Requirements & Skills

Graduate or Diploma in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred) Experience in BTL marketing, field marketing, or brand activation is an advantage Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work on the field and manage multiple locations Good coordination and problem-solving abilities Comfortable with weekend or event-based work Two-wheeler with valid license (preferred)
