Responsible for promoting the hotel's brand, increasing visibility, generating leads, and enhancing customer engagement through marketing activities both online and offline.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote hotel rooms, banquets, restaurants, and other services
Manage social media platforms and digital marketing initiatives
Coordinate with sales team to support revenue-driven strategies
Maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and travel agencies
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Assist in preparation of sales and marketing presentations and promotional materials
Participate in hotel events, exhibitions, roadshows and brand promotions
Track campaign performance and submit regular reports
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
2-5 years of experience in hotel/ hospitality marketing preferred
Good knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics
Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills
Creative, proactive, and customer-oriented
Travel Requirement: 50-75 %
