Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and tech-savvy Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in Apollo.io and modern AI-powered marketing workflows. The ideal candidate is proactive, data-driven, comfortable with tools, and able to run multi-channel campaigns across email, social media, and digital platforms.

This role is perfect for someone who understands both creative storytelling and agentic automation workflows - and can turn them into measurable outcomes.

1.

Apollo.io & Lead Generation

Build and manage targeted prospect lists on Apollo.io Create and optimize outbound sequences (email, multistep workflows) Run A/B tests to improve deliverability, open rates, reply rates Maintain clean contact hygiene

Campaign & Content Management

Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns

Write sharp ad copy, email content, posts, and micro-content

Create landing pages, social media calendars, and nurture journeys

Collaborate with design team to produce campaign creatives

Social Media Management

Manage company pages across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube Post regular content and track engagement metrics Research trends and competitor content Work with founders to amplify personal branding content

Required Skills

Mandatory

:

Hands-on experience with Apollo.io for lead generation & campaigns Experience with email sequencing tools Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals Good written communication & copywriting skills Ability to work with AI tools and prompt-based systems Strong analytical and research skills

Good to Have (Plus Points)

Experience with agentic workflows (ChatGPT agents or n8n) Social media content creation (Canva, Adobe, etc) Knowledge of LinkedIn growth and B2B marketing Exposure to SaaS / AI / B2B tech environment Video editing for short-form content
