The Marketing Executive is responsible for promoting the company's wood, furniture, or interior products and generating brand awareness in the market. This role involves developing marketing strategies, coordinating with sales and design teams, managing promotional campaigns, and maintaining strong customer relationships to drive business growth.
Develop and execute marketing plans to promote wood products, furniture, and interior solutions.
Manage branding activities including brochures, catalogues, social media content, and digital promotions.
Coordinate with agencies for advertising, promotional materials, and creative designs.
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, architects' meet, and industry events.
2. Lead Generation & Market Research
Identify new market segments and potential customers such as architects, interior designers, contractors, corporates, and retail clients.
Conduct market research on competitors, pricing, and industry trends.
Collect customer feedback and share insights with the management team.
3. Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and channel partners.
Handle customer enquiries, prepare product presentations, and assist in finalizing orders.
Ensure timely follow-up with leads and maintain customer data.
4. Sales & Coordination
Coordinate with the sales team to support sales targets and marketing activities.
Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and product samples for clients.
Communicate with the production and design teams for marketing material updates.
5. Digital & Social Media Marketing
Manage social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) to promote products and projects.
Create content related to new products, completed projects, and company updates.
Monitor online engagement and generate enquiries through digital platforms.
Skills & QualificationsEducational Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Marketing / Business Administration / Interior Design / or related field.
Skills Required
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Understanding of wood products, furniture manufacturing, and interior materials (plywood, veneers, laminates, hardware, etc.).
Good knowledge of digital marketing tools and MS Office.
Creativity and ability to develop engaging marketing content.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Experience
1-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in wood, furniture, interior, or construction-related industry.
