Position Overview
The Lab Marketing Executive will be responsible for driving business growth for QXL Diagnostics by promoting laboratory services, building relationships with healthcare professionals, developing marketing campaigns, and expanding the company's presence in both B2B and B2C markets.
This role blends field marketing, digital outreach, and relationship management, requiring strong communication, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote diagnostic services across hospitals, clinics, corporate clients, and direct consumers.
Build and maintain relationships with doctors, hospitals, nursing homes, and healthcare institutions.
Identify new business opportunities and develop partnerships to increase sample inflow and brand visibility.
Plan and execute field marketing activities such as health camps, doctor meets, and awareness programs.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the diagnostics sector.
Manage promotional materials, campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives in coordination with the corporate marketing team.
Track performance metrics (leads, conversions, revenue) and prepare periodic reports for management.
Support the launch of new tests or packages through targeted marketing initiatives.
Ensure adherence to company branding and compliance standards in all marketing activities.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related field.
