We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Marketing Executive to strengthen our on-ground presence in Bangalore. This role requires someone passionate about marketing, networking, and driving impactful initiatives in the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Doctor Engagement:
Build and maintain strong relationships with local doctors, specialists, and clinics to increase referrals and awareness.
Corporate Tie-ups:
Approach and collaborate with corporates, HR teams, and wellness managers for employee health camps, check-ups, and awareness sessions.
Event & Camp Management:
Organize and execute free health camps, awareness programs, and promotional activities across Bangalore.
Marketing Strategy Execution:
Assist in planning, implementing, and monitoring on-ground marketing strategies tailored for Bangalore's market.
Brand Visibility
: Increase HHC's visibility in the region through innovative local marketing activities, partnerships, and outreach programs.
Market Intelligence:
Gather feedback from the field, monitor competitor activities, and share insights for continuous improvement.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. (MBA/PGDM preferred but not mandatory)
1-3 years of experience in healthcare marketing, field marketing, or business development. (Freshers with strong communication skills and passion for marketing may also apply)
Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable with fieldwork.
Ability to plan and execute events, handle multiple tasks, and work independently.
Strong problem-solving and execution mindset.
