Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute integrated marketing communication strategies to strengthen brand image and increase awareness of solutions, products, and services. Manage digital marketing activities, including lead generation and nurturing through Salesforce Pardot. Create and/or localize marketing content such as eBooks, banners, and other campaign assets. Plan, select, and manage appropriate advertising media, and measure effectiveness of campaigns. Organize and manage exhibitions and events, from preparation to onsite execution. Collaborate closely with the Life Business Sales team and Marketing team in Japan headquarters to align strategies and ensure consistency.

Requirements (preferred)Experience in B2B marketing, digital marketing, or promotion activities. Knowledge of marketing automation tools (Salesforce Pardot experience is a plus). Strong communication and project management skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and global teams.
