Marketing Executive

Qualification - 12 th or Graduation
Experience- Minimum 6 Months Experience (real estate, interior designing sales)
Language - English , Hindi and Kannada Mandatory
Package - Upto 35k + incentives + fuel allowanceTiming - 9.30am to 5.30pm
Working day- Monday to Saturday
Gender - Male
Two wheeler Mandatory
Field sales
Age - Below 45

Location- Marathahalli, Bangalore

Roles and Responsibilities:

Identify potential clients through market research and generate leads. Promote and sell engineering and interior design services to prospective customers. Conduct client meetings, understand their requirements, and present suitable design/service proposals. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients. Collaborate with the design and execution team to ensure timely delivery of projects. Participate in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and trade shows to increase brand awareness. Maintain records of sales, revenue, and client interactions in CRM tools. Follow up regularly with leads and ensure high conversion rates. Contribute to developing marketing strategies, content, and promotional materials.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities Presentation skills and professional appearance Target-driven and self-motivated Basic knowledge of interior design or engineering services or real estate (preferred) Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
