Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven and process-oriented
Marketing Executive
with 2-4 years of experience in
B2B lead generation, CRM management, and sales pipeline development
. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building and nurturing a strong lead funnel for our
AI-based video analytics products and solutions
(ANPR, intelligent traffic systems, industrial video intelligence, etc.). You will work closely with sales, digital, and content teams to attract, qualify, and track high-quality leads across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify and qualify potential B2B clients through market research, LinkedIn, events, email campaigns, and inbound sources
Build and maintain a database of target accounts across industries such as Smart Cities, Manufacturing, Traffic Enforcement, Logistics, and Retail
CRM & Pipeline Management
Manage, update, and maintain lead information and sales activities in the CRM system (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)
Create and optimize workflows for lead tracking, follow-ups, and nurturing
Monitor the lead funnel and provide weekly reports on MQLs, SQLs, conversions, and pipeline health
Campaign Support & Coordination
Collaborate with the digital marketing team on targeted campaigns to drive engagement and lead capture
Assist in the creation of email templates, landing pages, and outreach sequences
Coordinate with sales and product teams to ensure qualified leads are followed up on promptly
Analytics & Reporting
Generate dashboards and campaign performance reports to measure ROI and recommend improvements
Track KPIs such as lead-to-demo ratio, cost per lead, and channel performance
Required Skills & Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in
B2B marketing
, demand generation, or CRM operations
Hands-on experience with CRM tools like
HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce
, or equivalent
Strong analytical and communication skills
Familiarity with digital marketing channels (LinkedIn, email automation, lead magnets, paid ads)
Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, and digital teams
Experience in technology, SaaS, or AI/analytics domain is a
strong plus
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
Nice to Have
Exposure to video analytics, surveillance, or edge AI tech
Working knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or outreach automation platforms
