Job Description

Job Summary:

Dynamic Digital Marketing & Events Specialist to lead SEO/SEM strategies, execute email campaigns, manage high-quality events, and drive lead generation. The role demands strategic thinking, analytical skills, and strong execution capabilities across digital marketing and event management.

Key Responsibilities:

SEO & SEM:

Conduct competitor analysis, develop SEO/SEM strategies, update website content, ensure mobile responsiveness, and enhance social media engagement.

Event Management:

Create and monitor event calendars, manage video scripting and shooting, negotiate with media agencies, handle event logistics, maintain invoices, POs, and reports for payments and audits, ensure quality communication, run targeted campaigns, and implement feedback for improvements.

Email Campaigns:

Execute region-specific email campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and optimize engagement strategies.

Lead Generation:

Utilize diverse channels (email, social media, performance marketing, website, referrals) to drive lead generation and improve conversion rates.

Brand Custodian:

Manage website rebranding, oversee white papers, edit demo and AWS marketplace videos.

Requirements:

Bachelor's/Master's in Marketing, Business, or Communications. 1.5-2.5 years of experience in digital marketing or event management. Proficiency in SEO/SEM tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush). Experience with email marketing platforms and CRM tools. Strong grasp of social media, digital advertising, and marketing automation tools. Excellent project management, communication, and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills:

Creative eye for campaign visuals and event collaterals. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Passion for staying updated on marketing trends.

Pay: ?350,000.00 - ?700,000.00 per year
