Marketing Executive - Offline Events

Job Summary:

We're looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive with 1-3 years of experience in offline event management to join our team. As a Marketing Executive, you'll be responsible for planning, executing, and promoting offline events to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Event Planning: Plan and execute offline events, including conferences, trade shows, product launches, and activations.

- Event Promotion: Develop and implement promotional strategies to drive event attendance and engagement.

- Budget Management: Manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure ROI.

- Team Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and logistics, to ensure event success.

- Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors, including event spaces, catering, and audio-visual equipment.

- Event Execution: Oversee event setup, execution, and teardown, ensuring smooth operations.

- Post-Event Analysis: Conduct post-event analysis, including attendee feedback, sales data, and ROI calculation.

Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Events, or related field.

- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in offline event management, preferably in a marketing role.

- Skills:

- Strong event planning and execution skills.

- Excellent communication and project management skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in event management software and tools.

Preferred Skills:

- Event Management Certification: Certification in event management or a related field is a plus.

- Network and Contacts: Established network of event vendors, venues, and suppliers.

- Creative Thinking: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative event concepts.
