Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and implement marketing plans to promote jewellery collections, offers, and brand campaigns. Manage social media platforms, influencer collaborations, and digital ad campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.). Plan and execute showroom promotions, customer engagement activities, and festive campaigns. Coordinate with design and sales teams for product positioning and promotional strategies. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to refine marketing strategies. Oversee production of promotional materials such as banners, brochures, and videos. Track ROI on campaigns and prepare monthly performance reports. Handle PR activities, event management, and store branding coordination.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. MBA preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience in jewellery or luxury retail marketing. Strong understanding of brand positioning and target audience strategies. Hands-on experience with social media marketing, digital ads, and influencer outreach. Excellent communication, creative thinking, and leadership skills. Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and lead a small marketing team.
