, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote company products and services. Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients. Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitors, and customer needs. Prepare and present marketing proposals, quotations, and product presentations. Coordinate with sales, production, and design teams for project execution. Manage branding activities, promotional campaigns, and trade show participation. Monitor marketing performance metrics and provide regular progress reports. Maintain strong follow-up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Required Qualifications & Skills

MBA in Marketing

(mandatory). Minimum

5 years of experience

in marketing within the

packaging industry

. Strong understanding of packaging materials, products, and market segments. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple projects with strong time-management skills. Proficiency in MS Office and basic understanding of digital marketing tools. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
