Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Sales Manager to execute assigned tasks and projects
Assist in generating and qualifying leads to expand the client base
Contribute to online and offline marketing campaigns and promotional events
Track and report key sales metrics and campaign performance
Maintain and update CRM systems and sales databases
Make outbound calls and conduct follow-ups to convert leads
Participate in meetings, training sessions, and client engagements
Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients
Provide innovative ideas to enhance marketing and sales strategies
Take part in field activities including house visits and distribution of materials
Document learnings and share insights with the team
Identify areas for operational improvement and suggest actionable solutions
Ideal Candidate Profile
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Well-organized with keen attention to detail
