About Us:

Calyx Interio is a turnkey interior solutions company specializing in

brand retail outlet design and execution across PAN India

. We deliver high-quality retail interiors, commercial spaces, and experience-driven designs for leading national and international brands.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate

new business opportunities

with

retail brands, architects, project consultants, and builders

. Develop and maintain strong relationships with

brand managers, mall leasing teams, and corporate clients

. Conduct

market research

to identify new store openings, brand expansions, and upcoming retail projects. Handle

lead generation

, client meetings, and presentations to pitch Calyx Interio's capabilities. Coordinate with the design and project team to ensure smooth client communication and proposal follow-ups. Represent the company at

trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events

to promote services. Manage

digital marketing activities

(LinkedIn, Instagram, Google Ads) to enhance brand visibility. Maintain and update

client database and CRM

. Prepare

sales reports

and track project conversion ratios.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in

Marketing / Business Administration / Interior Design / Architecture

(MBA preferred). 2-5 years of experience in

B2B sales or marketing

, preferably in

interior design, fit-out, or construction

industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Good understanding of retail brands and mall industry. Proficiency in

MS Office, CRM tools

, and social media marketing. Willingness to travel across India for business development.
