Job Responsibilities

Generate qualified leads via online platforms, referrals, and field marketing

Follow up with clients and conduct meetings / site visits

Prepare and share proposals / BOQs

Close interior design projects and meet monthly targets

Handle social media and website leads

Support digital marketing and maintain lead & performance records

Submit monthly activity and performance reports

Monthly Targets

15 qualified leads

10 client meetings / site visits

5 proposals / BOQs

1 project closure
(Targets may be revised by Management)

Salary & Incentives

Fixed Salary:

From ?15,000 per month

Project Incentive:

1% on each project closed

Monthly Closure Incentive:

?20-30 Lakhs: ₹5,000

?30-40 Lakhs: ₹10,000

?40-50 Lakhs: ₹15,000

Above ?50 Lakhs: ₹25,000

Additional Bonuses:

20+ leads: ₹3,000 | 30+ leads: ₹5,000

10% conversion: ₹3,000 | 15%+: ₹7,000

Social media / website lead closure: ₹3,000

Digital engagement improvement: ₹2,000

2 projects/month: ₹10,000 | 3+ projects: ₹20,000

Incentive Conditions

Paid with next month's salary

Minimum monthly targets must be met

Not applicable for cancelled/unpaid projects

Misreporting leads to incentive forfeiture

Sample Monthly Earnings

Fixed Salary: ₹15,000

1 Project (?35 Lakhs @1%): ₹35,000

Monthly Incentives & Bonuses: ₹16,000

Total Potential: ₹66,000/month

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (Marketing / Business / Interior Design or related)

1-2 years' experience preferred

Strong communication & client-handling skills

Computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM, online reporting)

Willing to travel for meetings & site visits
