Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and motivated

Marketing Executive (In-Office)

to join our logistics company. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, fluency in

English, Tamil, and Malayalam

, and a strong understanding of marketing and client communication within the logistics or service sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound client communications professionally. Build and maintain relationships with clients and coordinate for logistics service requirements. Generate and follow up on business leads through calls, emails, and online platforms. Prepare quotations, proposals, and client reports. Assist the marketing team with customer service, branding, and promotional activities. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Maintain records of marketing activities and update CRM/database systems.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education:

MBA or Any Graduate (Marketing specialization preferred)

Experience:

Minimum

2 years

in marketing, logistics, or service-related industries

Skills Required:

Fluency in

English, Tamil, and Malayalam
