The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client communication, admin support, order processing, customer service, sales documentations, data management, market research, report generation, and digital marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Generate leads and establish new client relationships
Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
Provide administrative support for marketing activities
Process orders and ensure timely delivery
Deliver exceptional customer service and address inquiries and concerns
Prepare sales documentation and proposals
Manage and organize marketing data effectively
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
Generate reports to track marketing performance
Implement digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience in marketing roles within the chemicals & petrochemicals industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities

Knowledge of digital marketing techniques and platforms
