Job Description

To plan, execute and monitor marketing and business development activities to increase patient footfall, corporate tie-ups, referral networks, and brand visibility of the hospital.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote hospital services Conduct field visits to doctors, clinics, and corporate organizations for referral generation Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, TPAs, corporate HRs, and insurance companies Plan and execute community outreach programs, health camps, CMEs, and awareness activities Track and analyze patient referral sources and conversion rates Coordinate promotional activities such as events, social media campaigns, and digital marketing support Prepare marketing reports, MIS, and daily activity records Identify new business opportunities and potential market segments Assist in branding activities including signage, brochures, and patient education materials Ensure professional representation of hospital services and patient-centric communication

Eligibility / Qualifications

Graduate / MBA (Marketing / Hospital Administration preferred) Minimum

1-3 years of experience in hospital marketing

(mandatory) Knowledge of healthcare market, referral development, and corporate tie-ups Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Willingness to travel for field activities
