The Marketing Executive will support the development and execution of marketing strategies that drive growth, enhance brand visibility, and improve customer engagement. This role requires a proactive individual with a good understanding of marketing trends, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage day-to-day marketing activities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Planning & Research
Assist in creating and executing marketing plans aligned with company goals.
Conduct basic market research to understand trends, competition, and customer preferences.
Support in defining marketing objectives and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs).
2. Campaign Execution
Coordinate and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email, etc.).
Work with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of campaign assets.
Track campaign performance and share reports with actionable insights.
3. Brand Management
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
Assist in maintaining brand guidelines and coordinating brand-related activities.
Support initiatives to strengthen brand awareness and market positioning.
4. Digital Marketing
Manage day-to-day digital activities, including social media posts, website updates, and email campaigns.
Support SEO, SEM, and content marketing initiatives.
Use analytics tools to measure performance and recommend improvements.
5. Content Creation & Customer Engagement
Create and edit marketing content such as posts, newsletters, creatives, and presentations.
Assist in developing engagement strategies to acquire, retain, and engage customers.
Collect customer feedback and use insights to refine marketing activities.
6. Coordination & Support
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for campaign execution.
Support events, promotions, or partner activities as required.
Manage marketing documentation, reports, and data records.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing or related roles
Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights) is an added advantage.
