We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for engaging with customers. As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, promoting products or services, and achieving sales targets . Your role will be critical in driving the growth of the business through direct communication with potential and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Make calls to prospective and existing customers to promote and sell products/services. Engage with customers to understand their needs, and recommend suitable products or services. Provide detailed information about products or services to ensure customers make informed decisions. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in CRM software. Follow up with leads and inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction and conversion. Handle customer objections and questions with professionalism and provide appropriate solutions. Build and maintain a strong customer base by identifying new prospects and nurturing existing relationships. Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities to maximize revenue. Provide feedback on customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activity to the sales and marketing teams. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve telemarketing strategies and processes. Maintain a professional and positive attitude during calls, ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Qualifications and Skills:

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

Experience:

Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred (1-2 years). Fresher can apply.

Skills and Competencies:

Excellent verbal communication skills with a strong ability to engage and persuade customers. Strong listening skills and the ability to handle customer objections effectively. Goal-oriented with a strong focus on meeting or exceeding sales targets. Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment. Basic computer skills and proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word). Strong interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and the ability to build rapport with customers. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Only Female candidate required.
