The Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase patient footfall, build hospital branding, and establish partnerships with local clinics, corporates, and referring doctors.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote hospital services to target audiences including doctors, clinics, companies, and the public.
Build and maintain relationships with referral sources and ensure consistent engagement.
Conduct field visits to corporates, schools, residential areas, and clinics.
Organize health camps, awareness programs, and community outreach events.
Coordinate with the digital marketing team for online campaigns and social media content.
Track and report marketing data, patient referrals, and campaign outcomes regularly.
Collaborate with departments to ensure service alignment with marketing efforts.
Prepare and distribute brochures, flyers, and promotional materials.
Ensure brand consistency in all hospital communications and marketing materials.
Key Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong knowledge of local demographics and healthcare trends
Field marketing and public relations experience preferred
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, reporting)
Target-driven and ability to work independently
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
1-3 years of experience in healthcare or service marketing (preferred)
