Roles and Responsibilities



Conduct

cold calling

to identify and engage potential B2B clients. Drive

new business development from scratch

, especially in manufacturing and pharmaceutical sectors. Understand client needs and propose customized solutions aligned with company offerings. Maintain detailed records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM tools or Excel. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction. Stay informed about industry trends to identify new opportunities. Represent the company professionally during client meetings and negotiations.

Candidate Requirements:



Prior experience in

B2B sales

, preferably from the

manufacturing or pharmaceutical industry

. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and resilient with a passion for

building business from the ground up

. Comfortable with

cold calling

and handling objections. Proficiency in

MS Office

, especially Excel. Based in or willing to relocate to

Bangalore
