Key Responsibilities

Execute campaigns across SMS, WhatsApp, Email, RCS, and other communication channels. Support performance marketing execution on Meta and Google. Work with the creative team to develop compelling ad copies, visuals, and communication assets and a creative eye is essential. Track daily performance metrics, identify trends, and create actionable reports. Assist with user research, cohort analysis, funnel optimisation, and competitive benchmarking. Use AI tools to enhance efficiency in content creation, reporting, automation, and optimisation. Contribute to brand initiatives, partnerships, events, and community-building activities. Create and optimise content for landing pages, blogs, social media, and in-app assets. Collaborate with product, design, and analytics teams for seamless campaign execution. Stay updated on marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualification & Skills

0-2 years of experience in marketing (internships count!). Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn quickly. Basic understanding of digital marketing strategy and fundamentals. Comfort with Excel/Sheets and the ability to interpret data. Hands-on experience with tools like CleverTap, Wati, or other marketing automation platforms is a plus. Creative mindset with strong attention to detail. High ownership, bias for action, and eagerness to grow. Familiarity with AI tools for content, analysis, automation, or optimisation.

Bonus

: Any experience with a high-growth startup or digital marketing agency would be a plus.
