Job Description

We are hiring an Accounting & Marketing Executive to handle basic accounting work and promote our products/services by visiting shops directly. The role includes billing, collections, customer handling, and field marketing.

Responsibilities:

Maintain daily sales, expense, and collection records Prepare bills, invoices, and receipts Follow up on payments and outstanding balances Visit shops to promote products/services Take orders and coordinate with the office team Build and maintain relationships with shop owners Identify new shops and business opportunities Submit daily/weekly activity reports

Requirements:

Basic accounting knowledge Willing to travel shop-to-shop Good communication skills Basic computer knowledge (Excel/accounting software preferred) Honest, punctual, and self-motivated Field marketing or accounting experience is a plus
