Key Responsibilities
Make outbound telecalls to customers across South Indian states
Explain products/services clearly and confidently
Generate leads and convert inquiries into orders
Follow up with existing and new customers
Negotiate pricing and terms within company guidelines
Maintain call records, follow-up details, and basic reports
Coordinate with internal sales and dispatch teams
