Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Business Development

Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through effective lead-generation strategies. Build and maintain a database of potential clients for future outreach. Execute targeted marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads for the sales team.

2. Marketing Strategy & Planning

Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to enhance brand visibility and market presence. Plan, coordinate, and oversee marketing initiatives such as webinars, seminars, and promotional events. Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns and optimize strategies based on insights and results.

3. Team Supervision - Marketing Support

Lead and mentor the Marketing Support Executive(s) to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks. Oversee the preparation and execution of marketing materials, presentations, and reports. Ensure smooth coordination within the team for event planning, CRM updates, and customer follow-ups.

4. Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain long-term, meaningful relationships with clients to promote repeat business. Follow up on leads to convert them into potential clients. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding marketing-related communication.

5. Market Analysis & Innovation

Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and insights on competitors. Provide inputs to improve company products, services, and marketing strategies. Identify new platforms and channels for lead generation and marketing outreach.

6. Reporting & Performance Tracking

Maintain accurate records of marketing activities, lead conversions, and campaign results using CRM tools such as Bitrix. Generate periodic reports to update management on marketing progress and lead pipelines. Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure departmental targets are met.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
