Position: Marketing Executive

Experience: 1-3 years (Preferred)

Working Type: Full-time / UK Shift 2-11

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Marketing Executive who can manage our complete marketing activities across multiple business verticals including Travel, Courier, BPO, Education - Edupath, and Foodie Indian. The ideal candidate must be creative, proactive, and result-oriented with strong knowledge of digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management

Handle all social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Business, etc.)

Plan and post regular content

Reply to comments, messages, and inquiries

Increase organic reach, followers, and engagement

2. Lead Generation & Campaign Management

Develop and execute strategies for lead generation

Manage Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns

Ensure consistent flow of quality leads

Monitor performance and optimize campaigns

3. Content Creation & Design

Create graphics, reels, and short videos

Basic to moderate skills in graphic design & video editing

Write engaging captions, ad copies, and marketing content

4. Influencer Marketing

Identify and collaborate with influencers

Manage influencer activities and performance

Track ROI from influencer campaigns

5. Email Marketing & Data Management

Run email marketing campaigns

Maintain and update customer data

Track campaign performance & reporting

6. Overall Marketing Growth

Build and implement marketing strategies

Analyse performance and improve results

Coordinate marketing work for all business verticals

Support business growth with innovative ideas

Requirements

Passion for marketing and creativity

Strong knowledge of social media and online marketing

Understanding of Meta Ads & Google Ads

Good graphic design & video editing skills

Excellent communication & copywriting ability

Ability to manage multiple brands at the same time

Business acumen and problem-solving mindset

Comfortable with field tasks when required (shoots, influencer meetings, events, etc.)
