Job Description

Marketing Responsibilities

:

Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online and offline) to promote academic programs. Coordinate and participate in educational fairs, school/college outreach programs, and seminars. Manage digital marketing efforts including social media, email marketing, and content creation. Develop marketing collateral - brochures, presentations, banners, etc. Build relationships with schools, coaching centers, and education consultants. Monitor and report on marketing KPIs and campaign performance.

Sales Responsibilities

:

Generate and follow up on leads from various sources (walk-ins, website, social media, referrals). Conduct counseling sessions for prospective students and parents. Explain academic programs, admission procedures, and career outcomes. Achieve monthly and quarterly student enrollment targets. Maintain CRM and ensure timely follow-ups and database updates. Develop and nurture B2B partnerships for institutional sales (colleges, training centers, etc.).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
