We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team in the Transformers, copper, Transformers Radiator, Transformer Components industry or Manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities
:
Market Research & Strategy Development
:
Conduct in-depth research to understand industry trends, customer needs, competitor strategies, and technological advancements in the transformer or CRGO steel market.
Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to enhance market presence and drive sales growth.
Identify target markets for CRGO steel and transformers, focusing on B2B clients, utility companies, and OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers).
Product Marketing & Promotion
:
Work closely with the product development and engineering teams to create compelling marketing materials for transformers and CRGO steel products.
Prepare product catalogs, brochures, presentations, and case studies to support sales activities.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns (digital, print, and events) to promote products effectively to relevant industries such as electrical utilities, manufacturing, and industrial equipment sectors.
Brand Building & Communication
:
Maintain brand consistency across all channels, ensuring alignment with company values and industry positioning.
Oversee the creation and execution of engaging content, including social media posts, website updates, press releases, and blog articles.
Coordinate internal and external communication strategies to enhance product visibility and customer engagement.
Sales Support & Lead Generation
:
Collaborate with the sales team to support lead generation, qualification, and conversion efforts.
Provide marketing materials and sales tools to enhance the effectiveness of sales efforts in targeting potential customers for transformers or CRGO products.
Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and exhibitions to network with industry stakeholders and promote the company's products.
Digital Marketing & Online Presence
:
Manage the company's digital marketing strategies, including website optimization (SEO), email marketing, and social media platforms to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
Analyze web traffic, campaign performance, and customer engagement metrics to optimize digital marketing efforts.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
:
Use CRM tools to manage customer data, track leads, and monitor customer interactions to improve marketing strategies and customer retention.
Engage with customers through surveys, feedback, and follow-up communication to understand their needs and improve product offerings.
Reporting & Performance Tracking
:
Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, focusing on ROI, market penetration, and sales conversions.
Provide regular reports to management on marketing activities, budget status, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications
:
Educational Requirements
: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree (MBA) is a plus.
Experience
: 0 to 2 years of experience in marketing, ideally within the transformer manufacturing or steel industries. Experience in industrial B2B marketing is highly desirable.
Skills
:
Strong understanding of the transformer or CRGO steel market and its key players.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
