Role Description



This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Executive. We're looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to lead and execute our traditional marketing initiatives across platforms like print, outdoor, and broadcast media. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of campaign consistency, project coordination, and a passion for building impactful offline brand presence.

Key Responsibilities



Plan, coordinate, and execute traditional marketing campaigns including newspaper advertisements, hoardings, indoor & outdoor branding, radio, In-cinema ads, etc. Collaborate closely with the

digital marketing

and

design teams

to ensure consistency and timely delivery of creatives across all platforms. Maintain a unified

brand voice and messaging

across all traditional media. Coordinate with vendors, media houses, and agencies for planning, execution, and negotiations.

Keep proper records of all campaigns

and

track budgets and spends

to ensure cost-effectiveness and transparency. Provide regular campaign reports and performance insights to the senior marketing team. Support local activations, exhibitions, and on-ground promotional events. Stay updated with new advertising opportunities in traditional media.

Qualifications



Market Planning and Market Research skills Effective Communication skills Sales and Marketing skills Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects Experience in the education sector is a plus
