Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize
digital marketing campaigns across
Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and Email
, ensuring maximum ROI and performance.
Monitor, measure, and analyze campaign metrics
such as CTR, CPC, CPA, conversion rates, and ROAS to inform data-driven decisions.
Manage and grow the company's presence on
social media platforms
, ensuring consistent branding and engagement.
Develop creative content and ad copies
tailored for different audiences and campaign goals.
Collaborate with designers
and vendors
to develop marketing assets and promotional materials.
Conduct
market and competitor research
to identify trends, audience insights, and opportunities for growth.
Prepare detailed
performance and analytics reports
, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Support
email marketing, website updates, product launches, and event promotions
as needed.
Ensure
brand consistency
across all channels and marketing communications.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in
Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

2-4 years of proven experience
in running and optimizing
Meta, Google Ads and Email campaigns
(TikTok Ads experience is a plus).
Strong understanding of
digital marketing analytics and KPIs
(Google Analytics, Meta Insights, Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, etc.).
Demonstrated ability to
analyze data, draw insights, and make campaign optimizations
to improve ROI.
Experience with
SEO, content marketing, and email marketing
campaigns.
Working knowledge of
CRM and marketing automation tools
(HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, Mailchimp, etc.).
Basic knowledge of
design tools
(Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator) and ability to brief creative teams effectively.
Excellent
communication, analytical, and project management skills
