Position Overview: This role requires expertise in both order management and marketing strategy, focusing on optimizing product delivery and promoting the company's products to potential and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Order Processing Management:

Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure orders are processed efficiently and on time.

Resolve order issues, discrepancies, and customer complaints promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.

Maintain accurate records of orders, transactions, and customer communications in the order management system (OMS).

2. Marketing Support:

Develop and implement marketing strategies for the electronic products, collaborating with the marketing team.

Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to assist in marketing decisions.

Create promotional materials (e.g., product catalogs, flyers, email campaigns) to support order processing and sales.

Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to design and execute campaigns that align with customer preferences and business objectives.

3. Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners to enhance brand loyalty and drive repeat business.

Work with the sales team to ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded.

Provide product knowledge and technical assistance to customers as needed.

4. Reporting and Analytics:

Track key metrics related to order processing, delivery performance, and customer satisfaction.

Analyze data to identify areas for process improvement and customer engagement strategies.

This role combines the need for efficiency in order fulfillment with creativity and strategy in marketing, making it a dynamic position for someone looking to impact both operational and customer-facing aspects of the business.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
