Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Field Marketing Executive to promote and expand the Bizzmirth Holidays franchise network. The role involves on-ground marketing, meeting potential investors or partners, and building strong relationships to drive franchise sales and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and meet potential investors, entrepreneurs, and business owners interested in Bizzmirth Holidays franchise opportunities. Conduct field visits, attend business events, and organize promotional campaigns to generate franchise leads. Present and explain the Bizzmirth franchise model, investment details, and business potential to interested candidates. Follow up with prospects, schedule meetings, and assist them through the franchise acquisition process. Support marketing campaigns through outdoor promotions, print material distribution, and local business networking. Collect and analyze market feedback to identify new areas for franchise expansion. Maintain records of leads, meetings, and progress reports on a daily/weekly basis.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience in field marketing or business development. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with potential franchise partners. Willingness to travel extensively for field marketing and client meetings.
